What Are You In RELATIONship with?

As you reflect on your current relation*ship look at it as seeing what core issues you are in relation with.
In my morning meditation and reflection I had an aha moment when I was reflecting on a past recent relation*ship. I realized the relation was not so much about the person but my three core issues that I thought I had worked through. These would be the core issues of feeling like I am not enough, not valuable and not worthy. These are issues I had struggled with for most of my life. So as I continued to reflect on a recent relation*ship I realized that is exactly the issues the relation*ship brought back to my awareness these issues was showing up in the relation as not having enough time to spend with me, not putting me as a priority, not valuing my wants, needs and feelings. Can you see how that would show up to a person that have core issues of being not worthy, not valuable or not enough to be put first, not valuable enough for my needs, wants or feelings to be valued and not being enough to spend time with. Wow I have to take a deep breath here!!! So the lesson came up again to first see how much I have healed in relation to these three core issues and then to see what choice I was going to make (choose me or choose the issues (illusions)).
The outcome:

I was able to acknowledge these issues sooner rather than later in the relationship;
I was able to make the connection that it was not about the person but about my relation with the three core issues;
acknowledge that the three core issues were still a part of me but was no longer me and was no longer serving my highest and greatest good;
made a conscious effort to end the relation with the three core issues and move on to a healthier relation.

SO I ask the question again What Are You in RELATIONship with? Take the time to get clear and see what issues you are in relation with to do your healing to move to a healthier place. Do that mean you move out of relation with the person you are IN-relationship with=not necessary it mean you work through those issues and if you find the relation is no longer serving your highest and greatest good then you have the make the decision as to what is best for you!!!

I know now that there is learning and a lesson with every person you come in contact with. …….You have to look at what you are to learn out of the experience…. this can be even through a child. Start looking for the lesson in each experience….

I know now that to be in love with someone does not mean you have to lose yourself that you do not have to put your feelings on hold. I know life is going to go by whether you live it being your true self or whether you try to live it through someone’s eyes……..

Acknowledging feelings within
